Charger Hellcat takes on Corvette ZR1

The top dogs rule the streets. At night, it’s the fastest Mopar money can buy versus one of the fastest Corvettes ever made.

This is a modded C6 Corvette ZR1, and while it certainly sounds the part, we wish we knew what was done to it. The Hellcat is stock, and packs a 707-horsepower supercharged Hemi V8 to ensure that even without any mods it’s powerful as all hell.

After a lot of bluster from the attendees, the race is underway (at 1:38). To nobody’s surprise, the lighter, faster, modded two-door sports car trounces the bigass Charger. But it’s still impressive that it’s able to hold its own. If you want to bring your own cheering section along for the race, maybe four doors are the way to go.
